Thanks to their unique operation, over 90% of the electrical energy consumed is directly converted into heat, reducing cooking times for any type of food and optimising energy consumption. The long lifespan and easy cleaning of our lamps are essential features, and thanks to the low pressure inside the resistors, we can guarantee substantial safety. Additionally, the medium-wave spectrum allows our machinery to ensure even and uniform cooking.

Our professional electric barbecue, in addition to the double-bottom grease collection tank with cooling liquid, ozone filters, and gas springs for assisted closure, is equipped with gearmotors and a touch screen.

We use high-quality gearmotors capable of bearing heavy loads, characterised by low speed and high torque.


Touchscreen:

To facilitate the control of our machines, we use a touchscreen with which it is possible to programme, view, and monitor various processes. Recipes, energy consumption, performance, temperature, customisable recipes, and much more.
